Adrian Arroyo is the owner and Lead Locksmith Technician alongside his wife Tess, who manages accounting,  administration, customer relations and much more. Together they have been carrying on the family locksmith legacy since 2022 with the extensive knowledge passed down from Adrian's parents Joel and Maria, who ran Plaza Lock & Key together for over 20 years before them.  Adrian grew up in the locksmith industry and now has over 15 years of knowledge and experience in Locksmithing, Access Control, High security locks and more.  Adrian holds both a Contractor and locksmith license as well as an array of certificates of completion.
